Mumbai,17th and 18th of November: the Bandh
Mumbai, a ghost town since the 17th evening till the 19th morning because of the death of an Hindu extremist leader (fear rather than devotion). Deserted streets, not a single shop or restaurant open. Unusual circumstances to go for a walk here.
